The work was translated into Latin by Gerard of Cremona at the end of the 12th century as Thebit Bencora De hiis que indigent expositione antequam legatur Almagesti (see David Juste, ‘Thebit Bencora, De hiis que indigent expositione antequam legatur Almagesti’ (update: 27.02.2022), Ptolemaeus Arabus et Latinus.
