Al-Wafāʾī (d. 874/1469)'s treatise on the use of the almuqantar quadrant (in 25 chapters with an introduction) is a revision of the works of Shams al-Dīn al-Mizzī and of Jamāl al-Dīn al-Maridīnī. He composed 2 abridgments; and al-Ujhūrī (11th/17th c.) wrote a commentary on it. |
