The beginning of the text is missing in this witness. It has no title, and no author name. However, although the name of the copyist does not appear, the handwriting style indicates that this codex, including this witness, was composed by Muḥammad ibn Mūsā ibn Muḥammad ibn Sulṭānʿalī ibn Sālār Pīr Aḥmad Ṭabasī al-Jīljī (see f. 58a).
