A huge number of the oriental manuscripts of Jacobus Golius (1596-1667) were purchased for Narcissus Marsh (1638-1713) at an auction held in Leiden in October 1696. They were sent to Marsh in Dublin in 1700, and he bequeathed them to the Bodelian Library. The Marsh bequest entered the Bodleian Library in 1714. https://www.fihrist.org.uk/catalog/manuscript_11557
