According to the explicit, this treatise, composed by the Imām al-Jaghmīnī al-Khwārizmī, was presented at the time he completed al-Mulakhkhaṣ fī al-hayʾa.
A note by Qāḍīzāde after the explicit states:
واعلم انّ قُطر الارض على ما وجده المتقدمون الفان وخمسمائة وخمسة واربعون فرسخا تقريبا وان اعظم الجبال فرسخان وثلث فرسخ وهو خمسة اميال بنصف فرسخ تقريبا -- قاضى زاده رحمه الله
