This witness of Sirāj al-Dīn Abū Bakr ibn ʿAlī ibn Mūsā al-Hāmilī's commentary on al-Ṣardafī's "Muḫtaṣar al-Hindī" ends on f. 27b. However, the work is then followed by discussions of cases related to this text, and also an ijāzaẗ for al-Ṣardafī's work on inheritance entitled "Kitāb al-Kāfī fī al-Farā’iḍ" (ff. 31a-b). |
